No. Companies, bank accounts, payees, checks, and deposits are stored in an encrypted local database and are never uploaded. The only things that reach our servers are license activation and an optional daily heartbeat.

The app keeps working normally offline. Internet is only needed the first time you activate, when you renew, or when checking for updates.

Yes, on plans that include more than one device. One device is set as the master and can approve or remove other devices without contacting support.

Activate your license on a new computer and the old device is marked blocked. No new license is issued — your plan and history carry over.
